Golan
Lihi Golan is a Postdoc researcher at the Urban Vitality Lab at the Center for Urban Innovation at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She completed her B.A. degree in Geography and Environmental Development at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Lihi continued her studies to a master's and PhD degree (direct track), at the Faculty of Architecture & Town Planning, Urban and Regional Planning department, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Her thesis Research title: Development of a framework for evaluating Biosphere Reserve planning and assessment of the impact of planning on implementation locally and internationally. Over the last few years, Lihi extended her research in different fields such as Walkability, Affordable Housing and GIS based analysis. Her postdoc research is supervised by Dr. Amit Birenboim and focuses on Long term tracking and mobile sensing of elderly adults in Jerusalem.
